I know when I refer a parent to Kevin's Koaches, they will be pleased with your service.  You care about your customers.  I was very impressed when you arrived at our school to pick up a student last fall.  You introduced yourself to our staff and checked to be sure the student had completed proper sign outs and that she had everything she needed (which she did not).  You waited for her until everything was in proper order.  We are grateful for the special care you take to be sure each student is taken care of.  The service you provide makes my job much easier.  Please expect a call from a new parent today, her minor daughter will be traveling on an international flight by herself.

I can say over the last 8 years I have used Kevin's Koaches for both personal to business use. The always reliable Kevin (and his employees when he is not available) has been hired by myself for many concerts within the New England, New York and New Jersey areas, both limo and town car. Too many to list!!! With more to come !! He has provided on-time service to Logan airport and Newark Liberty as well as been "on standby" on 2 different emergency cases where flights have been rescheduled at last moments notice at both Laguardia and Kennedy when I've needed a ride home when being split from my traveling party. Kevin has also provided service for our company Christmas party for many years with destinations including Mystic , Essex , Uncasville (MANY TIMES) , downtown Hartford and Springfield. I've never hesitated to hire Kevin or recommend him for airport trips, proms etc. or even the simple favorite run to Mohegan Sun. Kevin , I appreciate all you have done for me , my family , friends and for TMS and most of all for becoming a good friend along the way!!!

I am an elderly woman who no longer feels confident about driving on major highways.  It is so important to have contact with my grandchildren who live 1-1/2 hours away.  Kevin or one of his drivers gets me to and from their home.

This is a belated thank-you (thank you, thank you!!!) for the wonderful car service you provided on the day of our daughter's wedding, June 26.  Of course, it's a day no one in the Hartford area will forget, because that afternoon a severe storm and tornado hit the Hartford area.  We will never forget it because the storm hit just as our daughter was about to get out of the limo and go into the church!  You and your driver A.J. were our rock - frankly, we don't think the wedding ceremony could have begun so flawlessly without your help.

Both the limo and the Lincoln Town Car were shining, spotless and comfortable.  You were more than punctual - I think you actually were early arriving at our house!  We were pretty nervous about the big day, but everyone breathed a sigh of relief as you pulled in to the driveway and we realized we were actually about to get our daughter married!  The dark storm clouds were gathering but we hoped we'd make it to the church before the storm started.  Unfortunately, that didn't happen:  as we drove north on I-91, the sky got darker and the clouds opened as we pulled up to the church.  You reassured us that you had plenty of umbrellas and lots of experience making sure brides stayed dry, but this storm surely tested those skills!

The bridal party was quickly ushered into the church under an army of umbrellas and no one got wet.  You advised the bride to wait a few minutes and see if the storm let up - by this time there was hail and the winds were fierce.  Guests were completely drenched, even with umbrellas, as they ran for the church.  It was getting later and later and we decided the bride would have to make a run for it - and she did, safely and serenely, ably assisted by you.  She was totally dry, and very composed as she walked down the aisle!

Thanks again for everything:  your very affordable prices, your beautiful cars, and your professional assistance.  You helped make this day a memorable one for all of us.  We do have another daughter - and we will look forward to calling you again!
